Rush fee

Rush fees are typically generated when a client has a turnaround time under five weeks. The cost is solely dependent upon the service being requested, how long it'll take, and the resources needed to complete it.Rush Fees

Rush fees generally apply to orders with a requested turnaround time of fewer than five (5) weeks. However, a turnaround time exceeding five weeks does not automatically exempt an order from a rush fee. Certain services require a longer production timeline due to their complexity, seasonal demand, or scheduling requirements.

For example, prom garments requested with less than two (2) months' notice and wedding-related items requested within two (2) months of the event may also be subject to a rush fee.

Rush fee pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and is based on the type of service requested, the requested completion date, production time required, and the resources necessary to complete the order.

The five-week turnaround time is not solely the reason an order could incur a rush fee. For example, prom orders that are ordered under a two-month turnaround time, or wedding items that are also ordered under two months, can incur a rush fee as well.
